For Schools

At Vocal Voyage, we support students aged 11–24 with speech, language, and communication needs — directly in school.

We know schools are under growing pressure to meet a wide range of needs, and we're here to help with flexible, tailored support that fits your setting.

What we offer:

  • 1:1 Mentoring – for students needing support with confidence, communication, and wellbeing.
  • Small Group Sessions – to build social skills, self-esteem, and peer connection.
  • Awareness Workshops – for staff, students, or families, helping create more inclusive environments.

Every voice matters — especially in school.

At Vocal Voyage, we support young people aged 11 to 24, helping them through key transitions — from primary to secondary school, through further education, and into early adulthood. By offering mentoring, group support, and confidence-building activities, we aim to bridge the gap and empower young people to thrive in school and beyond.

Students in a classroom setting

Around 7.6% of young people—two in every classroom—have a lifelong speech and language difficulty. They're more likely to fall behind in core subjects such as English and Maths, and often struggle to achieve as well as their peers across the wider curriculum. These challenges can also affect their mental health, leading to feelings of anxiety, low confidence, or social isolation. Vocal Voyage is here to help.
